When using a paper-plastic woven bag, the two sides of the cloth may be tight and the middle loose. But what is the reason for wrinkling on both sides of the paper-plastic woven bag? The following woven bag manufacturers briefly introduce the reasons and treatment methods for wrinkling on both sides of the paper-plastic woven bag.

First, the upper edge of the spreader is relatively tight, and the frictional resistance of the knitted fabric on both sides increases through the steel bar, so that the knitted fabric on both sides is relatively elongated. After passing through the upper traction roller, the stretched knitted fabric retracts again, and the two sides become tight edges, thus forming a loose cloth surface with tight edges.

Second, while the upper edge of the brace is relatively tight, the four brace rods are not tightly attached to the cloth, and the knitted fabric on both sides is more stretched. The stretched knitted fabric retracts through the upper traction roller, and the sides become tight edges.

One of the ways to deal with folds is to loosen the tension of the width adjustment lever. In fact, there is no need to adjust the width adjustment lever too tightly, as long as the woven cloth can be folded flat. Do not try to expand the width of the webbing by means of the width adjustment lever, because even if it is enlarged at the width adjustment bar, it will elastically retract back to the original size after passing the width adjustment bar.

Secondly, there is another treatment method, that is, the width covering rod comes out of the size ring, clings to the circumference of the cylindrical fabric and has a certain tension, so that each position of the circumference of the cylindrical cloth has a resistance F, so that the force around the cylindrical cloth is as balanced as possible, and the elastic elongation around the paper-plastic woven bag is as equal as possible.
